Shipping Policy

All products are made to order and fulfilled by one of our trusted third-party production partners. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. This processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping times and costs depend on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider and are displayed at checkout when available. Products in the same order may arrive separately because they may be produced at different facilities.

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once production or shipping begins, changes might not be possible.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact goldendesigndepot@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
