Return and Refund Policy

Our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at goldendesigndepot@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. If the claim qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not mail a product back without contacting us first. Damaged or defective items generally do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions because our products are fulfilled by different production partners.

Orders can be changed or canceled only before production begins. Contact us as quickly as possible; once an order enters production, cancellation or changes might not be possible.

This policy does not limit any rights provided to you by applicable consumer-protection laws.
